The Garden is a living museum that serves as a destination for the public, inviting both young and old, from around the corner or around the world, to view our diverse subtropical collection of rare palm species, orchids and cycads. The Garden's habitat hosts wildlife including butterflies, migrating birds, fish and turtles. Visiting children especially love chasing the butterflies and feeding the fish.

Botanical and public gardens, arboretums and conservatories are good places to see which plants thrive locally, and community gardens rent plots and share tools and knowledge.

Beautiful, small botanical garden. Perfect to escape the noon sun and heat. Plenty of shade from the plants and peaceful place to wander and discover various orchids and other plants. Neatly kept up, lots of seating and it’s all free!

Nice place to visit, very calming and relaxing. Free entry, parking is across the street for $20 flat rate. We got to feed the fish after buying fish food for $1.00 per package. Butterflies flew around very beautiful scenery. I recommend coming 100%.

The gardens were beautiful and you can get some fish food to feed the koi fish. We especially love the Japanese garden and took some great family photos over there. It is free to go. The fish food costs a dollar for a bag and you purchased that in the little shop on site. The gardens are much smaller than we were expecting but still worth the visit.

A true hidden gem in the heart of South Beach! This amazing garden is a lush, three-acre tropical oasis filled with stunning orchids, palms, and a serene Japanese garden complete with a koi pond. It is free to enter, which is incredible for this area. Most importantly, it is a very good place to meditate, the peaceful atmosphere and wandering pathways make it the perfect spot to escape the city noise and just breathe. Highly recommend!
